Question

A lot of the graphics which I made on my Commodore Amiga computer, make use of Colour Cycling. This way I can create the illusion of movement within 1 picture, so called one frame animation. You would then see spectaculair neonlight effects as if you were in Las Vegas! This costs less data traffic when up/downloading animations! When converted to PC-Windows environment, it is difficult to activate this special feature for Multi-Media purposes. And it's a shame that Internet-HTML does not provide in the use of colour cycling. How can I overcome the daily burden of static boreness and create special effects with colourful dynamic graphics? How can I use/convert the original *.ILBM graphical format in order to retain the color cycling effect in a Windows environment?
